To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, KF Trepça's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Chorche came free, but Ignaz Pisula reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes KF Trepça got a freekick which was hit by Pio Antons. In the 47th match minute, KF Trepça was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steen Bonhoeffer to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, José Raya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventud Unida S L's supporters rose to their feet, but José Raya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignaz Pisula breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Cesur Atik took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ignaz Pisula. KF Trepça's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ignaz Pisula made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesur Atik in the 81st minute of play. After 85 played minutes, KF Trepça's Pio Antons shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edvīns van der Sar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KF Trepça reached it. José Raya took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ignaz Pisula.
