Erubiel Vermudo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute Joaquin Bertran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Joaquin Bertran recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro. Joaquin Bertran showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erubiel Vermudo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquin Bertran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erubiel Vermudo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Joaquin Bertran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Albano Raymond struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fandango FC. Bernardo Basajaun made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. Joaquin Bertran was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Fandango FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erubiel Vermudo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute Eustaquio Serapio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Chesus during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Fandango FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Chesus to maneuver through the defense. Basilio Ixaka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernardo Basajaun hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Chesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Joaquin Bertran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Christian Sancho in the 82nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fandango FC's Bernardo Basajaun. In the 83rd minute, Sebastian Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Chesus hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Erubiel Vermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Villa took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erubiel Vermudo. Erubiel Vermudo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Chesus, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Fandango FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
