Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddy Odd in the 5th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jagger Kaine made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The attack was good, but when Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Jagger Kaine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Felix Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doncho Bogoev in the 21st minute. A collision led to Rodborough getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Hette Lans hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jagger Kaine having to interfere. Jagger Kaine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 41st minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jagger Kaine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jagger Kaine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Doncho Bogoev to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doncho Bogoev in the 51st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Doncho Bogoev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Doncho Bogoev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doncho Bogoev in the 56th minute of play. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jagger Kaine could save by the left post. In the 59th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Rodborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liu Ping Di didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 minutes Rodborough's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jagger Kaine in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boguslaw Golaszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jagger Kaine firmly grabbed it by the left post. Antonio Arias lost his temper 81 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ecuador! Ecuador:s Julio Vera showed great skill when he stopped Boguslaw Golaszewski:s penalty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doncho Bogoev in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boguslaw Golaszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Jagger Kaine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 94th minute of the match. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
