After some careless play in the Peru defense, Hernán Torrejón kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. Hernán Torrejón blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. James Novak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 16th minute of the match. The corner led Peru's Milagros Fraga to fire away a dangerous shot which James Novak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. SiTomanBoy´s's attentive Roland Brand managed to snatch the ball when Alonso Berganza made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 83rd minute of play forced SiTomanBoy´s's goalkeeper James Novak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Montt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Verner Nord got free with Rolando Noboa in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 96 minutes into the match, Verner Nord notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SiTomanBoy´s had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
