Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. Venezuela's Patricio Costa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Armandinho Vasconcelos, made in the 9th minute of the game. Augusto Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nesho Karadakov. In the 15th minute, Mateus Félix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alvara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 18th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachary Bugno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Ronaldão Paranaense fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonathan Ferrant, passed just outside the right post. Augusto Recife charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Augusto Recife the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Augusto Recife hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The supporters of Alvara booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Alvara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Hierro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Alvara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Recife didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Nelson Palmeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 38th minute of play forced Alvara's goalkeeper Zachary Bugno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44th minute of the match Alvara got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. André Lucas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ronaldão Paranaense almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nesho Karadakov made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Alvara's goalkeeper Zachary Bugno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 53rd minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Alvara's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Joshua Secada got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zachary Bugno quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 55th minute, Mateus Félix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Alvara getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Mateus Félix hit a great ball. Zachary Bugno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nesho Karadakov in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Nesho Karadakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Hierro hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zachary Bugno made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Mateus Félix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Mateus Félix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zachary Bugno made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Alvara's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Alvara's Zachary Bugno did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joshua Secada in the 79th minute of play forced Alvara's goalkeeper Zachary Bugno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Hierro tried to clear up in front of Zachary Bugno but instead he got an unlucky hit on the ball which made it go via the left pole into goal meaning 1-1 in the 80th matchminute. A very disappointing self made goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nesho Karadakov in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zachary Bugno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelson Palmeira in the 91st minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelson Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 96 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alvara were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
