Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 4th minute. If Horacio Librado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When ZORZAL01's Peter Crouch in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. ZORZAL01 were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pavel Nedvěd took the corner. Peter Crouch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Peter Crouch took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Peter Crouch scored 2-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Peter Crouch showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 29 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 34th minute of play forced ZORZAL01's goalkeeper Qin Fan Sheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 minutes, Peter Crouch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ZORZAL01 and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Venezuela's Guillermo Espina was substituted for Camilo Gaos. The supporters of Venezuela booed when ZORZAL01 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Crouch didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ZORZAL01's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pavel Nedvěd in the 47th minute. The corner ended in Pavel Nedvěd almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peter Crouch made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Peter Crouch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 58 minutes into the match, ZORZAL01's Peter Crouch sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Crouch in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Crouch in the 65th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ZORZAL01's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pavel Nedvěd in the 70th minute. If Horacio Librado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Peter Crouch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ZORZAL01 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Peter Crouch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Peter Crouch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Peter Crouch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Crouch in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 90th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st match minute, ZORZAL01 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Nedvěd to maneuver through the defense. After 92 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. Vinicio Quilino was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of ZORZAL01:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Venezuela:s goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ZORZAL01 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
