Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Adrian Wennerström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Villa went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Hannes Hedström tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 11 minutes Anfield Road's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmundo Espiga who took care of the corner kick. Anfield Road's Brian Thorsberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Christian Sancho in the 13 minute of the game. The supporters of Honduras booed when Anfield Road was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristian Runeberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Snell in the 16th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute of the match, Sigvard Bodin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lautaro Navarro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Wennerström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Wennerström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes Anfield Road's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmundo Espiga who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Honduras booed when Anfield Road was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigvard Bodin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Anfield Road's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edmundo Espiga was slow to take the kick. During this time Honduras's players had a chance to rest. In the 40th minute, Honduras's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mattias Snell fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Esteban Carvallo lost his temper 42 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 41 minutes into the game, one of Honduras:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Brian Thorsberg did an outstanding performance 44 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-1 to the right of an irritated Lautaro Navarro in the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mattias Snell was the one to do the kick off. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Anfield Road's Mattias Snell. But to his dismay, Mattias Snell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Wennerström having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Anfield Road's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Adrian Wennerström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute of the match Honduras got a corner. Anfield Road's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Edmundo Espiga made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that Anfield Road's Adrian Wennerström managed to reach the ball for a save. A sloppy throw-in by Hubert Hammarbäck in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. In the 70th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Navarro to maneuver through the defense. Brian Thorsberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastian Villa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adrian Wennerström. That made the score 2-2 in the 72 minute of play. A collision led to Anfield Road getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Brian Thorsberg hit a great ball. Luca Espinar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 88 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brian Thorsberg hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Honduras were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Anfield Road to leave the ground with a draw.
