Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antonio Alzamendi got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Alzamendi in the 6th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Peter-Jan De Brouwer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. After 11 minutes, Linus Resentvig made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Antonio Alzamendi sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. In the 21st minute Linus Resentvig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes, Antonio Alzamendi made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 39 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Zoido. In the 42nd minute, Linus Resentvig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-12 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaime Pardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Peter-Jan De Brouwer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Linus Resentvig in the 57th minute of the match. When Linus Resentvig came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Saco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Linus Resentvig couldn't finish the play. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Resentvig in the 61st minute of play. Jacobo Nores was a little too slow when Antonio Alzamendi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-13. In the 66th minute, Hector Covarrubias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Resentvig, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute of the match Saco FC got a corner. Paraguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chris Dhaussy ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Linus Resentvig in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. Saco FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Dhaussy in the 71st minute. Saco FC's Peter-Jan De Brouwer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jacobo Nores in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 73 minutes into the game, Saco FC's Peter-Jan De Brouwer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. A hard, long distance shot from Peter-Jan De Brouwer flew over the goal. A hard shot 82 in the game by Antonio Alzamendi from a close distance when the talented Jacobo Nores managed to make a qualified save. Paraguay's players were relieved. Linus Resentvig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Saco FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Dhaussy in the 84th minute. The Saco FC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Saco FC's Linus Resentvig looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-16 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Saco FC's Antonio Alzamendi in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paraguay's goalie prevented a goal. If Linus Resentvig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antonio Alzamendi got free with Jacobo Nores in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Peter-Jan De Brouwer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saco FC played a much better game than Paraguay and deserved their victory. The Paraguay players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
