Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 6th play minutes Scott Herz shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 played minutes Hemmersbacher SV got a freekick which was hit by Harvey Dresdner. In the 16th match minute, Hemmersbacher SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jost Rinert to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute of the match Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Khalid Gottschalk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harvey Dresdner in the 20th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Hemmersbacher SV's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Khalid Gottschalk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hemmersbacher SV's Rory Restaino got a free kick in the 27th minute. Khalid Gottschalk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harvey Dresdner received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Harvey Dresdner slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 35th minute. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khalid Gottschalk having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Hemmersbacher SV's Oskar Brandenberger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Scott Herz made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Khalid Gottschalk in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Saenger in the 60th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Luca Saenger notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Scott Herz in the 64th minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Saenger in the 69th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Saenger came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Luca Saenger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hemmersbacher SV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Oskar Brandenberger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scott Herz in the 83rd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luca Saenger's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Khalid Gottschalk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes in the game Guillermo Mariano did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tomas Illescas. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Rory Restaino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hemmersbacher SV's supporters rose to their feet, but Rory Restaino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Hemmersbacher SV were the better team. Hemmersbacher SV's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
