Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Simone Grossi kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Leonides Osmundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 5th minute, ENZO FC's Federico Modestio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Leonides Osmundo took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Leonides Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Leonides Osmundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. ENZO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonides Osmundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simone Grossi in the 18th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Eloy Ekialde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, ENZO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Christian Jeraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Jeraldo having to interfere. In the 35th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Jeraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Christian Jeraldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. 43 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Jeraldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45thth minute of the game Simone Grossi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Federico Modestio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christian Jeraldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Jeraldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. ENZO FC's Celedonio Semeno was substituted for Erasmo Cristofor. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Osmundo in the 64th minute of play. ENZO FC's Christian Jeraldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 67th minute of play. Antonio Brion made in the 68th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Leonides Osmundo immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 70th minute of play forced ENZO FC's goalkeeper Christian Jeraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Osmundo in the 71st minute of play. ENZO FC made a substitution. Abelardo Mancio replaced Leonides Osmundo. In the 73rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Mancio in the 76th minute of play. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Abelardo Mancio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After having played for 79 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christian Jeraldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 81st minute of the match. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 82nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Joshua Secada got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Christian Jeraldo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 84th minute, Simone Grossi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Mancio, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. ENZO FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
