After 5 minutes Lupacchiotti FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Daniel Zorita advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 6th minute. 董诚潮 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 8th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Felix Montes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and 董诚潮 quite easily take care of the ball. In the 15th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 董诚潮 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Alberto Torelli hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Alvise Bernardini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, Lupacchiotti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvise Bernardini to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 22 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Lupacchiotti FC's Alberto Torelli got a free kick in the 26th minute. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Lupacchiotti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but 董诚潮 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play forced Lupacchiotti FC's goalkeeper 董诚潮 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 董诚潮 came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

57 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Di Sante came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 董诚潮 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Lupacchiotti FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. 董诚潮 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Arias in the 67th minute of the match. 董诚潮 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the game, Agustín Saelices cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. 董诚潮 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st match minute, Lupacchiotti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno Leoni to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lupacchiotti FC.
