Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bai Peng Ning in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clodoveo Rojas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 23rd minute of play. When Guillermo Mariano fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Guillermo Mariano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the game, Bai Peng Ning cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bai Peng Ning in the 35th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bai Peng Ning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arne Lundberg to make the kick off. With splendid footwork Bai Peng Ning arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-4 by the left pole in the game's 53rd minute. In the 56th play minute Bai Peng Ning came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. 0-5. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bai Peng Ning's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Clodoveo Rojas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. In the 65th match minute, Nusnäs IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svenne Berka to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Bai Peng Ning sent off a good shot on target. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Bai Peng Ning kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 0-6 in the 71 minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Bai Peng Ning came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Nusnäs IF's Bai Peng Ning sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nusnäs IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ciriaco Gregory in the 79th minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Hassan Mylting advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-7 in the 80th minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Nusnäs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Lundberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clodoveo Rojas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 84th minute of the match.
