Tomas Illescas didn't quite understand what happened when in the 25 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. 27 minutes into the match, Caner Bera notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 31 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caner Bera. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Caner Bera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Caner Bera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 40th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the game, Hatemi Tekmil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ▪︎ɪɴᴄᴇᴘᴛıᴏɴ ᴄɪᴛʏ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. 45 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adnan Öztay. ▪︎ɪɴᴄᴇᴘᴛıᴏɴ ᴄɪᴛʏ's Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 47th minute of play.

Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen could save by the left post. Caner Bera took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caner Bera in the 64th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen made a huge save. In the 66th minute, Adnan Öztay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caner Bera scored 5-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Raik Memduh made in the 82nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. After a defensive mix-up in ▪︎ɪɴᴄᴇᴘᴛıᴏɴ ᴄɪᴛʏ's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in ▪︎ɪɴᴄᴇᴘᴛıᴏɴ ᴄɪᴛʏ's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
