Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the match, Antonio Alzamendi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antonio Alzamendi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Peter-Jan De Brouwer struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saco FC. Juan Rubio hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Linus Resentvig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lautaro Puig during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Antonio Alzamendi succeeded in the game's 12th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Phillip Glerum made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Lautaro Puig sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute, Juan Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Alzamendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter-Jan De Brouwer in the 18th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Saco FC's Peter-Jan De Brouwer. But to his dismay, Peter-Jan De Brouwer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Alzamendi in the 21st minute of play. Chris Dhaussy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Saco FC's Peter-Jan De Brouwer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After having played for 30 minutes, Linus Resentvig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Linus Resentvig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Peter-Jan De Brouwer notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute, Xinaro Iranzo made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Phillip Glerum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Alzamendi in the 42nd minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Linus Resentvig notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Alzamendi to strike the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Saco FC's Peter-Jan De Brouwer. But to his dismay, Peter-Jan De Brouwer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Linus Resentvig received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Linus Resentvig slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute, Antonio Alzamendi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. Peter-Jan De Brouwer took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 0-13 when Antonio Alzamendi sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. After having played for 71 minutes, Chris Dhaussy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Dhaussy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 74 minutes, Linus Resentvig made it 0-14 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Saco FC's Chris Dhaussy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Saco FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Dhaussy in the 82nd minute. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Peter-Jan De Brouwer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Costa Rica's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Antonio Alzamendi 92 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-18. When the final whistle sounded Saco FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Costa Rica.
