Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raphaël Giacometti started the match with the kick off. In the 4thth minute of the game Jaime Pardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Saubrigues's Mathys Mora was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sébastian Gossard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias got a free kick in the 11th minute. Mathys Mora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 16th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Paraguay's corner Jose Sanz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mathys Mora quite easily take care of the ball. Raphaël Giacometti succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. The supporters of FC Saubrigues booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Covarrubias didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Primitivo Escribano came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Primitivo Escribano couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Saubrigues's zone, Hector Covarrubias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathys Mora came out of the goal and Hector Covarrubias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Primitivo Escribano hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Sébastian Gossard hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Adrien Cariou's late challenge caught a Paraguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrien Cariou helped the player get up and apologised. Raphaël Giacometti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere.

Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthieu Macquet in the 51st minute of play. Alan Campos kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Sébastian Gossard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute Raphaël Giacometti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Zoido to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th match minute, FC Saubrigues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blaise Lestage to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Jaime Pardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sébastian Gossard, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The FC Saubrigues support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
