Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Bailão De Munique FC's Supreme Mazarovich managed to reach the ball for a save. Supreme Mazarovich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Bailão De Munique FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Supreme Mazarovich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Supreme Mazarovich didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Bailão De Munique FC's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Supreme Mazarovich came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Supreme Mazarovich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Nevruz Zagari tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fortunato Ferraro hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orlando Arósio to make the kick off. The Bailão De Munique FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Supreme Mazarovich should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Supreme Mazarovich successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Supreme Mazarovich made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Supreme Mazarovich in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Supreme Mazarovich saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Supreme Mazarovich firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 72 played minutes Bailão De Munique FC got a freekick which was hit by Fortunato Ferraro. Supreme Mazarovich made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 73rd minute. Luca Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Supreme Mazarovich having to make a save. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Supreme Mazarovich came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 85th minute. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Supreme Mazarovich having to interfere. A collision led to Bailão De Munique FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Trent Alexander-Arnold hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Supreme Mazarovich however easily saved by the left post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mexico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
