Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmundo Espiga took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, FC Soldeu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Milton to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Ploughman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ian Lomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute Darren Blewitt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damien Fowler's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Lautaro Navarro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Darren Blewitt kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Alf Ploughman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. John Glanvill tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Alf Ploughman. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Darren Blewitt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alf Ploughman was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Honduras were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after FC Soldeu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Espiga took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Edmundo Espiga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alf Ploughman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 40th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Ploughman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Darren Blewitt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damien Fowler to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Soldeu's Ian Lomas got a free kick in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Milton in the 55th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmundo Espiga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alf Ploughman having to make a save. A collision led to FC Soldeu getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Richard Jennings hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damien Fowler in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Sebastian Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Darren Blewitt came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ian Lomas's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ian Lomas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, Ian Lomas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Soldeu's goalie prevented a goal. FC Soldeu's Alf Ploughman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save FC Soldeu from getting a goal against them. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. FC Soldeu's Gary Delaney couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Honduras. Moises Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Alf Ploughman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damien Fowler, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
