Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. Dylan Sarmiento was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 10 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maxim Gogea. The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Dylan Sarmiento put in a rough tackle. The goalkeeper, Marcos Cotilla, was totally fooled by BK Nerysminne's Hector Levi, who 14 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. A collision led to BK Nerysminne getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Bror Hanmark hit a great ball. After having played for 17 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Sarmiento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, Maxim Gogea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a free kick in the 26th minute. Eric Berggren kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Betinho Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 minutes, Miguel Miralles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Panama and the BK Nerysminne players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Bror Hanmark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. BK Nerysminne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Maxim Gogea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, BK Nerysminne's Stanimir Dragnev got a free kick in the 57th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Panama's Tomas Berganza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Betinho Arantes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Aaron Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Maxim Gogea made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Betinho Arantes made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Panama booed when BK Nerysminne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bror Hanmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bror Hanmark, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Betinho Arantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 87th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Maxim Gogea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maxim Gogea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. BK Nerysminne were victorious despite being under pressure from Panama for much of the match.
