Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andrézinho Mota started the match with the kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dênis Tepedino in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fellipe Meira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Superação's Andrézinho Mota in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Fellipe Meira made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Célio Eger in the 20th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Andrézinho Mota put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The throw-in from Dadá de Godoi in the 30th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. Célio Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Andrézinho Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot. Superação's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrézinho Mota was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrézinho Mota in the 37th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. In the 38th minute, Dadá de Godoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 49 minutes Superação's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fellipe Meira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patricio Costa's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrézinho Mota got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fellipe Meira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the match, Patricio Costa notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Superação's Fellipe Meira. Fellipe Meira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 74 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dênis Tepedino came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dênis Tepedino in the 80th minute of play. Aloísio Falcão kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the game, Célio Eger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Superação's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. After 92 played minutes Superação got a freekick which was hit by Célio Eger. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The Superação players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Venezuela from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
