Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Innar Laaneloog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emalia Olkusz's Sunday Niedziela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Emalia Olkusz from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Innar Laaneloog's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the game, Innar Laaneloog cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Innar Laaneloog's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olaf Rawa was slow to take the kick. During this time Emalia Olkusz's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Olaf Rawa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcin Zworski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Innar Laaneloog might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Innar Laaneloog ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40th minute Olaf Rawa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcin Zworski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Abarca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Emalia Olkusz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. After a rather tough play, Emalia Olkusz's Rigoberto Abarca got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Innar Laaneloog stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Marcin Zworski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After having played for 57 minutes, Innar Laaneloog managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Emalia Olkusz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Innar Laaneloog was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Innar Laaneloog managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emalia Olkusz's supporters rose to their feet, but Innar Laaneloog was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Innar Laaneloog sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Innar Laaneloog in the 62nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
