The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. Brazilio Butt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 50th minute of play. 51 minutes had been played when some careless play by DIF LEEDS BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Mexico's Luca Rouco to fire away a dangerous shot which Brazilio Butt despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mexico were furious when Lorenzo Cazalla was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mexico fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave DIF LEEDS BK a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ulf Nordlander, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. 2-1. After 57 played minutes Lautaro Mancebo rounded DIF LEEDS BK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Ulf Nordlander hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brazilio Butt having to make a save. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brazilio Butt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute, Ulf Nordlander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DIF LEEDS BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Brazilio Butt in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ulf Nordlander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute Ulf Nordlander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Brazilio Butt. That made the score 3-3 in the 82 minute of play. In the 86th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt managed to reach the ball for a save. 94 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Brazilio Butt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulf Nordlander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. DIF LEEDS BK succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Mexico had controlled the match.
