Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Huștiu went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 20 minutes of play, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Eduard Semeghin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 23rd minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Rosendo Seguinus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remus Vermeşan in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. If Eduard Semeghin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, Remus Vermeşan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remus Vermeşan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 39th minute Eduard Semeghin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rosendo Seguinus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Seguinus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduard Semeghin got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Seguinus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 69 minutes of play, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Eduard Semeghin made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Rosendo Seguinus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Remus Vermeşan. But to his dismay, Remus Vermeşan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Venezuela's Jose Correa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Felix Vărzaru, made in the 82nd minute of the game. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes ASF BAIA MARE -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Ernest Petru. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Eduard Semeghin tried to sneak it across the goal line.
