The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abraham Alguacil during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Alex Cambeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruben Millano. An unexpectedly hard shot by DeAngelo Amor in the 40th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Aragones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Miguel Miralles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Miralles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Millano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, TWISTER 2013's Amadeo Ruy got a free kick in the 59th minute. Ruben Millano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Estevon in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of TWISTER 2013 booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 played minutes TWISTER 2013 got a freekick which was hit by Abel Aragones. Ruben Millano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 88th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Panama fans cheered their team off the field, for while TWISTER 2013 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
