Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Secada. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tilemachos Balodimos in the 9th minute of the match. Tilemachos Balodimos took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 14thth minute of the game Tilemachos Balodimos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Argonautes Irakliou's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Miltos Kastanis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miltos Kastanis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miltos Kastanis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 played minutes Argonautes Irakliou got a freekick which was hit by Tilemachos Balodimos. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Tilemachos Balodimos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Tilemachos Balodimos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Argonautes Irakliou's Markos Santamouris broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 41st match minute, Argonautes Irakliou was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christos Vrontakis to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Markos Santamouris got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Miltos Kastanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 59th minute of play. In the 64th minute of the match, Patricio Costa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Miltos Kastanis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Miltos Kastanis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 68th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Tilemachos Balodimos came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 84th minute, Markos Santamouris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 89th minute of play forced Argonautes Irakliou's goalkeeper Miltos Kastanis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Nikos Papafotakis had to leave the field with a concussion. Argonautes Irakliou made a substitution. Miltos Grigoriou replaced Nikos Papafotakis. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. When Argonautes Irakliou's Markos Santamouris in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Argonautes Irakliou had won after a very even match.
