When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The wind increased when Eliseo Noboa made the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Carro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Medero Nadal, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute, Lautaro Puig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Goren Barba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quique Bacete during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, VALPICA C.F.'s Quique Bacete got a free kick in the 95th minute. VALPICA C.F. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
