Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 8 minutes, Ulf Nordlander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DIF LEEDS BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulf Nordlander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 9 played minutes DIF LEEDS BK got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Jonasson. DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 10th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Jonasson in the 11th minute of play. After 26 minutes DIF LEEDS BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. In the 31st minute of the match Mexico got a corner. DIF LEEDS BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mexico's Luca Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Brazilio Butt in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Jonasson in the 34th minute of the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when DIF LEEDS BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerry Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Ulf Nordlander made the kick off in the second half. Brazilio Butt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by DIF LEEDS BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. Joel Gaona hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brazilio Butt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulf Nordlander, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
