Unax Ondategui did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Lautaro Navarro 13 minutes into the match. Jokin Bernal might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jokin Bernal ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute, Michel Hervé reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lautaro Navarro. The goal made the score 2-0. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Sergi Velazquez made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. Erik Thorstvedt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Villa went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The wind increased when Michel Hervé made the kick off in the second half. Erik Thorstvedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Villa's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the game, Unax Ondategui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. After a rather tough play, Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Unax Ondategui got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute of the match, Edmundo Espiga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erik Thorstvedt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Honduras may have spent more time on the ball, but Barrikako Herensugeak F.C were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
