Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sven-Edvin Jansson got the match started through his kick off. When Luis Cazalla fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colombia's protests and gave Luis Cazalla a yellow card for diving instead. After 2 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Luis Cazalla. If Sven-Edvin Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 5th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thierry Henry to maneuver through the defense. Abram Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Nery Pumpido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Luis Cazalla got a free kick in the 8th minute. GuateFortín's Severo Rameriz was substituted for Stanyo Búnkov. In the 8th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Cazalla to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Máximo Perrone got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute, Sven-Edvin Jansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Sven-Edvin Jansson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sven-Edvin Jansson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Pedro Manzanares skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nery Pumpido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, GuateFortín's Sven-Edvin Jansson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 40th minute, GuateFortín's Sven-Edvin Jansson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. In the 45th minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nery Pumpido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Axel Montenegro went to the cornerflag to take it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Montenegro was the one to do the kick off. Sven-Edvin Jansson took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 56th minute of the match. After 57 minutes, Orlando Tafalla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colombia and the GuateFortín players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Orlando Tafalla got a free kick in the 57th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Colombia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! GuateFortín's Mario Gomez was substituted for Thierry Henry. GuateFortín made a substitution. Pablo Mora replaced Máximo Perrone. In the 66th minute, Sven-Edvin Jansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Zico Zellier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GuateFortín's Sven-Edvin Jansson got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 78 minutes of play, GuateFortín's Sven-Edvin Jansson made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sven-Edvin Jansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven-Edvin Jansson ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 83rd minute of the match. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zico Zellier in the 85th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Mora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nery Pumpido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abram Secada went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that GuateFortín were the better team. GuateFortín's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
