In the 4th match minute, Mandrake fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cugat Lara to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Mandrake fc's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Montero came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Apolo Montero could save by the left post. A hard shot 12 in the game by Cristian Sancho from a close distance when the talented Apolo Montero managed to make a qualified save. Mandrake fc's players were relieved. In the 12th match minute, Mandrake fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Coira to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Mandrake fc's goalkeeper Apolo Montero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 13th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Daniel Zorita scored 2-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apolo Montero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Adolfo Garate stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Adolfo Garate tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tulio Saura kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mandrake fc's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Montero came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tulio Saura during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tulio Saura kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Apolo Montero made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Apolo Montero. That made the score 4-0 after 41 minutes of play. In the 46th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Apolo Montero. Apolo Montero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mandrake fc's Apolo Montero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 52nd minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Apolo Montero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 60 minutes into the match, Juan Sebastián Puig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Apolo Montero. Mandrake fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Sebastián Puig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Montero having to interfere. After 68 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apolo Montero was left in no man's land by his defense there! 72 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Mandrake fc's Apolo Montero. Apolo Montero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 75 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Mandrake fc's Apolo Montero. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apolo Montero having to make a save. In the 83rd minute of the match, Cugat Lara got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Apolo Montero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Andino went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. In the 88th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Apolo Montero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustín Saelices's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agustín Saelices in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Apolo Montero saved Mandrake fc from getting behind. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Montero having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
