The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Bînciu was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 34th minute Wang Yi Nan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Peru's Alonso Berganza got a free kick in the 53rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dayo Kafadarov in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 69th minute of play forced SarıKırmızı F.Akademisi's goalkeeper Artur Bînciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SarıKırmızı F.Akademisi made a substitution. Ramazan İlker replaced Dayo Kafadarov. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramazan İlker in the 92nd minute of play. Although Peru had been in control for most of the match, SarıKırmızı F.Akademisi still came away with the win.
