The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Abram Luque got a free kick in the 10th minute. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's João Vítor Alves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Rondinone F.C - FDFDF from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 16th minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper João Vítor Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafinha Sergipano struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Ricardo Zorita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rondinone F.C - FDFDF. João Vítor Alves came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by El Salvador's Moises Fernandino. But to his dismay, Moises Fernandino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game was made by Mateo Leguizamo with Moises Fernandino as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 34 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Coutinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Salvador the free kick. In the 34th match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. João Vítor Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Fernandino in the 35th minute. 35 minutes into the game, Moises Fernandino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Vítor Alves. Moises Fernandino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. João Vítor Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Fernandino in the 39th minute. In the 44th minute Falcão Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute Rondinone F.C - FDFDF were awarded a corner. Adalberto Vianna went to the cornerflag to take it. Falcão Marques's late challenge caught a El Salvador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Falcão Marques helped the player get up and apologised. Falcão Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafinha Sergipano was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Mateo Leguizamo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Eliézer Leão quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 54 minutes into the game, Luis Rubio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Arnaldo Coutinho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 55th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Vítor Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Fernandino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Fernandino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Vítor Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper João Vítor Alves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 64 minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mateo Leguizamo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Mateo Leguizamo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's João Vítor Alves did a great save. After 70 minutes, Hermínio Maciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF and the El Salvador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th minute, Hermínio Maciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Moises Fernandino hit a great ball. Adalberto Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Eliézer Leão struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. El Salvador's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
