When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, 龚超延 put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. In the 58thth minute of the game 龚超延 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 舟山啸月群狼俱乐部's Jiang Shi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, 舟山啸月群狼俱乐部's 巩俊弘 got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. 巩俊弘 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in 舟山啸月群狼俱乐部's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 巩俊弘 came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Agustín Saelices recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Birjaio in the 94th minute of the match. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but 舟山啸月群狼俱乐部 were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
