After having played for 20 minutes, Nelu Oblemenco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Nelu Oblemenco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guillermo Mariano charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guillermo Mariano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Venezuela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nelu Oblemenco fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nelu Oblemenco got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rareș Maftei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Nelu Oblemenco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nelu Oblemenco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Nelu Oblemenco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Dacian Cârju played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Nelu Oblemenco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Dacian Cârju proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ from getting a goal against them. In the 60th minute Nelu Oblemenco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Robert Balaci made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. If Robert Balaci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Zlatan Ibrahimov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Zlatan Ibrahimov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zlatan Ibrahimov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zlatan Ibrahimov, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Răzvan Pascaru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Răzvan Pascaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Zlatan Ibrahimov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After 93 minutes, Vintilă Fânaru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vintilă Fânaru hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ had played much better football throughout.
