Celal Engiay charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celal Engiay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Andırın SK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bekir Tarık, made in the 90th minute of the game. 95 minutes into the match, Andırın SK's goalkeeper İsmail Akyol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. Honduras played a much better game than Andırın SK and deserved their victory. The Andırın SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
