Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amador Menendo kicked off to start the match. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 2nd minute got a chance for a shot 2nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grêmio Meia Praia's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amílton Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Soeiro took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Navarro. In the 26th minute of the match Luiz Gustavo Dante sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Soeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a free kick in the 31st minute. Amador Menendo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lautaro Navarro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Grêmio Meia Praia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luiz Gustavo Dante in the 33rd minute. The Grêmio Meia Praia fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Grêmio Meia Praia's Amador Menendo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 43rd minute, Lino Normando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Gustavo Dante in the 55th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amador Menendo in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Honduras's Moises Tafalla in the 58th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Amílton Dantas was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Grêmio Meia Praia through an amazing save. Amílton Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Amador Menendo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grêmio Meia Praia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Luca Espinar kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amílton Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 70th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Gustavo Dante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grêmio Meia Praia's goalie prevented a goal. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Menendo came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Menendo in the 84th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Menendo in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Lino Normando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Soeiro scored 4-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Honduras's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
