With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Walery Jajecznica tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 32nd minute of play forced FC Kraków1983's goalkeeper Zenon Niezywy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Kraków1983's goalkeeper Zenon Niezywy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zenon Niezywy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 39th minute of play. Milagros Fraga struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. FC Kraków1983's Zenon Niezywy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zenon Niezywy. FC Kraków1983's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. FC Kraków1983's Karl Dahlberg was substituted for Izydor Puzio. Zenon Niezywy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 83rd minute of the match. Peru made a substitution. In the 90th minute, Rafael Gallo made a precise shot to the right of Zenon Niezywy. FC Kraków1983's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 94th minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Niezywy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC Kraków1983 booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Peru walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
