Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Olentzaro in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Emeterio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Tafalla in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Emeterio saved Vilo Futbol Club from getting behind. After 28 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Facundo Cadaval. Fabian Emeterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 40th minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Castel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 唐远升 in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, 唐远升 put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Lacasa. Fabio Hernando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute of the match Eustaquio Cordareo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa skillfully saved the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Castel in the 63rd minute of the match. Fabian Emeterio was a little too slow when Alberto Tafalla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 70th match minute, Vilo Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dustin Zentner to maneuver through the defense. Lorenzo Cazalla kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Fabian Emeterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Vilo Futbol Club's Fabian Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 75th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Vilo Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Fabian Emeterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 81st minute of play forced Vilo Futbol Club's goalkeeper Fabian Emeterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Fabian Emeterio in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabian Emeterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 85th minute of the match. Vilo Futbol Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Alberto Tafalla scored to the left of an out of position Fabian Emeterio, making the score, 1-3. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 90th minute. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Emeterio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The Vilo Futbol Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
