In the 66thth minute Steven Mein beautifully dribbled past Honduras's defense and it looked for a moment as a certain goal, but Lautaro Navarro pulled off a phantom save to prevent the ball from scoring on his left hand side. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jason Clayton having to interfere. Moises Tafalla charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Tafalla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Clitasaurus made a substitution. Gus Comine replaced Benjamin Duffus. In the 94thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Clitasaurus's Jason Clayton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jason Clayton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the match was over Honduras could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Clitasaurus throughout the match.
