Franciszek Plech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Carballar in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franciszek Plech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Chile booed when Nojwiynksze Chachary 04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Oliszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franciszek Plech read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Franciszek Plech made a huge save. Nojwiynksze Chachary 04's Franciszek Plech proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Nojwiynksze Chachary 04 from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Pedro Indiano hit a great ball. Franciszek Plech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 35th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Mariano Lacasa took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Franciszek Plech to make any attempt to save it. In the 39th minute, Mariano Lacasa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 43 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Felix Garrido. 45 minutes into the match, Nojwiynksze Chachary 04's goalkeeper Franciszek Plech had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Franciszek Plech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Orlando Casaus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Nojwiynksze Chachary 04 getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Marko Robin hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nojwiynksze Chachary 04's zone, Guillermo Fontirroig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franciszek Plech came out of the goal and Guillermo Fontirroig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Indiano to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franciszek Plech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Franciszek Plech. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Franciszek Plech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 65th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Franciszek Plech. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. After 71 minutes Chile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Radomir Kochanowicz who took care of the corner kick. Nojwiynksze Chachary 04's Franciszek Plech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 73rd minute of play. Radomir Kochanowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Franciszek Plech. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chile had played much better football throughout.
