Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pastor Ado got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes of play, Peru's Moises Gayoso made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmond Verdun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmond Verdun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Fraga came free, but Edmond Verdun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 12th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Milagros Fraga made a great header on Peru's corner, it was just that Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun managed to reach the ball for a save. 12 minutes into the game, Milagros Fraga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Edmond Verdun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the match, Pastor Ado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa, 1-2. Luz Tejedor scored 1-3 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmond Verdun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edmond Verdun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Peru booed when Errecaborda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Rameriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Edmond Verdun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmond Verdun. Edmond Verdun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Milagros Fraga might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmond Verdun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milagros Fraga ran back to his position shaking his head. 42 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmond Verdun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th match minute, Errecaborda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Edmond Verdun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 54 minutes in the game Aírton Urbano did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Miguel Savion. Edmond Verdun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 60th minute, Mauro Rameriz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 64th minute of play forced Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Edmond Verdun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Errecaborda AFC from getting a goal against them. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Edmond Verdun made a huge save. 79 minutes into the game, Aírton Urbano threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Anthony Alvarado quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda AFC's Aírton Urbano got a free kick in the 80th minute. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmond Verdun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Edmond Verdun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 84th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Rafael Gallo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Gallo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmond Verdun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Errecaborda AFC made a substitution. Hipolito Neron replaced Miguel Savion. Errecaborda AFC's Felipe Bitxintxo was substituted for Aírton Urbano. Edmond Verdun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milagros Fraga in the 88th minute. Edmond Verdun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 89th minute of the match. A collision led to Errecaborda AFC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Prospero Jerardo hit a great ball. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmond Verdun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The Errecaborda AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peru's performance. The match ended with a win for Peru.
