Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abram Sarmiento started the match with the kick off. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiro Lauro in the 9th minute of play. Axel Montenegro scored 1-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastián Sosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Lauro in the 15th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Wilhelm Widberg fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vikingos FC's protests and gave Wilhelm Widberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, one of Vikingos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vikingos FC. 29 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastián Sosa. Vikingos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Lauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Joshua Garrido hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Vladimiro Lauro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 36th minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares went to the wrong direction when Per-Olof Vallmark was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Wilhelm Widberg kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marek Torm made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Marek Torm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marek Torm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Lauro in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colombia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Per-Olof Vallmark was slow to take the kick. During this time Vikingos FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Arsenio Manuelo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Manzanares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Lauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes of play, Vikingos FC's Vladimiro Lauro made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. The supporters of Vikingos FC booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Garrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Garrido. Vikingos FC made a substitution. Luciano Lleir replaced Per-Olof Vallmark. Joshua Garrido hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Erramu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Ladislao Erramu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vikingos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. 85 minutes into the game, Ladislao Erramu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th minute Ladislao Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevin Mastache's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Sebastián Sosa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ladislao Erramu struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vikingos FC. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
