Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Rank 1 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Hagström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 12 played minutes, Venezuela's Patricio Costa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcus Hagström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Venezuela reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by 潘岚铮 in the 18th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rank 1's Marcus Hagström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 19th minute of play. With a little luck, Rank 1's Marcus Hagström got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Conny Vesterberg came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Vesterberg in the 25th minute of play. Marcus Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Conny Vesterberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rank 1 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 潘岚铮 in the 33rd minute of play. After 34th play minutes Conny Vesterberg shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 39th minute Conny Vesterberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conny Vesterberg's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute, Östen Unesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Rank 1's Conny Vesterberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 49 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fredric Åhman who took care of the corner kick. After the first half Rank 1 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Conny Vesterberg was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 60 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 潘岚铮 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Marcus Hagström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Marcus Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 69th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Rank 1 got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Antonini. After 76 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fredric Åhman who took care of the corner kick. Rank 1's Fredric Åhman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Rank 1's John Lövkvist got a free kick in the 77th minute. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Hagström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. Rank 1's Michael Lundqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 92 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcus Hagström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 94th minute of the match. The Venezuela supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rank 1's performance. The match ended with a win for Rank 1.
