Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baykan Sönmez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Baykan Sönmez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baykan Sönmez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baykan Sönmez in the 16th minute of the match. Abram Sarmiento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aşık Tunçdağ read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Abram Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Aşık Tunçdağ was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Colombia's Axel Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aşık Tunçdağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baykan Sönmez in the 29th minute. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Baykan Sönmez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Baykan Sönmez really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Jorge Cabrera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. After having played for 36 minutes, Baykan Sönmez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARAKLISPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baykan Sönmez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to ARAKLISPOR getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Mehmet Poyraz hit a great ball. When Luis Cazalla fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colombia's protests and gave Luis Cazalla a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Luis Cazalla got a free kick in the 47th minute. Baykan Sönmez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baykan Sönmez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baykan Sönmez took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 56 minutes into the match, ARAKLISPOR's Baykan Sönmez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Baykan Sönmez took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. In the 60th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Mastache to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baykan Sönmez, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. ARAKLISPOR's Kylan Mbappè was substituted for Sílvio Pires. ARAKLISPOR's Orhan Erşahan was substituted for Mehmet Poyraz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Efe Uzbay in the 67th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ARAKLISPOR's Aşık Tunçdağ proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save ARAKLISPOR from getting a goal against them. 72 minutes into the match, Baykan Sönmez notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baykan Sönmez in the 79th minute of the match. Baykan Sönmez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute, Baykan Sönmez made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baykan Sönmez, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by ARAKLISPOR's Baykan Sönmez. But to his dismay, Baykan Sönmez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2. After some careless play in the ARAKLISPOR defense, Pascual Carballar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aşık Tunçdağ. The ARAKLISPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aşık Tunçdağ should have stopped the shot. When Baykan Sönmez came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the ARAKLISPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baykan Sönmez couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Baykan Sönmez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baykan Sönmez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-3. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
