Cesare Romano started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, Santoryu FC's goalkeeper Ercole Carnevale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frans Alström. Sokol Narev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Grzelak, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Victor Blom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Ercole Carnevale made a huge save. 13 minutes into the match, Sunkens Surtröjor's Victor Blom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ercole Carnevale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. It was a well-played corner which Frans Alström managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Victor Blom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ercole Carnevale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Romano in the 20th minute of play forced Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Sokol Narev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Blom to strike the kick off in the second half. Sunkens Surtröjor were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Santoryu FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Laércio Coutinho took the corner. After some careless play in the Santoryu FC defense, Anton Galle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ercole Carnevale. The Santoryu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ercole Carnevale should have stopped the shot. Grzegorz Grzelak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 86th minute, Anton Galle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sunkens Surtröjor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 89th minute, one of Santoryu FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Santoryu FC. After 93 played minutes Sunkens Surtröjor got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Loi. Sunkens Surtröjor's Sokol Narev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Nero in the 96th minute of play.
