Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Liviu Zubaşcu took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 minutes of play, bullfinches's Liviu Zubaşcu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 10 played minutes bullfinches got a freekick which was hit by Petru Văidianu. 12 minutes into the match, bullfinches's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Nistor Sfetcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Miguel Miralles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by bullfinches's Eusebiu Surdilă. But to his dismay, Eusebiu Surdilă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nistor Sfetcu came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Berganza slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 24th minute. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Nistor Sfetcu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Nistor Sfetcu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 39th minute. If Eusebiu Surdilă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of bullfinches booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dylan Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half bullfinches were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Berganza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Costică Glăvan made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Panama's Marcos Cotilla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 56 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nistor Sfetcu. bullfinches's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abraham Alguacil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 63rd minute of play forced bullfinches's goalkeeper Nistor Sfetcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Eusebiu Surdilă managed to get in a good position for a shot. bullfinches's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusebiu Surdilă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th match minute, bullfinches was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Ţopescu to maneuver through the defense. After 70th play minutes Costică Glăvan shot 2-4, a short shot which went by Marcos Cotilla and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 78th minute of the match, Liviu Zubaşcu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcos Cotilla saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Costică Glăvan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Miguel Miralles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Miralles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebiu Surdilă in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebiu Surdilă in the 95th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
