After a rather tough play, Haiti's Ernso Constant got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 35th minute Anselmo Ascenzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Ascenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Jean Claude Ulysse was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Haiti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus FC the free kick. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Jean Claude Ulysse hit a great ball. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Di Mario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The throw-in from Fabiano Ragazzoni in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Haiti's Rodney Emmanuel. Jean Marie Alcius lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 54 minutes into the game, one of Haiti:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 65 minutes into the game, Fabiano Ragazzoni threw the ball into play from the sideline. Haiti's Rodney Emmanuel quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Philippe Ambroise charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Philippe Ambroise the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philippe Ambroise to maneuver through the defense. Ernso Constant hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Noel Seide was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anselmo Ascenzi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 80 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Haiti's zone, Donato Di Mario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noel Seide came out of the goal and Donato Di Mario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 84 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Ernso Constant. Noel Seide made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anselmo Ascenzi in the 91st minute. The Juventus FC fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Juventus FC's Ermanno Arioli looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 97 minutes into the game, Anselmo Ascenzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haiti the free kick. Anselmo Ascenzi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Noel Seide came out and tried to block the shot, but Anselmo Ascenzi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 99th minute. The Juventus FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
