Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Azam Chew, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Azam Chew in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alam Lee in the 12th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Azam Chew's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After 16 minutes, Klement Penkalski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester United and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Joel Gaona hit a great ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alam Lee in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rdth minute of the game Alam Lee who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Mexico booed when Manchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klement Penkalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 49 minutes in the game, Alberto Tafalla fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ali Artuner having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Azam Chew made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great ball. The long shot by Alam Lee in the 55th minute really tested Dante Lacasa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bryan Ramachandran in the 60th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Dante Lacasa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Manchester United's Ali Artuner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when Manchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afiq Nair didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74thth minute of the game Joel Gaona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester United's Ali Artuner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leonardo Leoz hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Azam Chew came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Ali Artuner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Leoz charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonardo Leoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Leonardo Leoz hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Azli Vijiaratnam dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa, 1-1. Ali Artuner came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Mexico's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
