With an all-out effort, Honduras's Atakan Bayar threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edmundo Espiga, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. F-E-D-A's Tunç Diriğ got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Tunç Diriğ off the ground. After a rather tough play, F-E-D-A's Tunç Diriğ got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded Honduras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than F-E-D-A.
