Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute, Cristian Menendo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. In the last second Jonathan Ferrant throw himself and got hold of the ball when Cristian Menendo in the 6thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 14th minute. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Cristian Menendo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. After 21st play minutes Carlo Montanari shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Wiktor Napierkowski sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Juventus F.C.'s Cristian Menendo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 4-0 after 26 minutes of play. 29 minutes into the match, Carlo Montanari had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlo Montanari was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Cristian Menendo might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Menendo ran back to his position shaking his head. Bengt-Rune Waller took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 38th minute, Cristian Menendo made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Eugenio Lorenzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Juventus F.C. got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wiktor Napierkowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Juventus F.C.'s Wiktor Napierkowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Carlo Montanari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristian Menendo scored 8-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Wiktor Napierkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Montanari in the 65th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Napierkowski in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Carlo Montanari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Cristian Menendo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Juventus F.C.'s Bernardo Benarrivo got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Juventus F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt-Rune Waller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 83 minutes into the game, Cristian Menendo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Menendo in the 86th minute of play. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juventus F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. 91 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Menendo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Juventus F.C. booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Menendo in the 94th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Wiktor Napierkowski came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Juventus F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wiktor Napierkowski couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Juventus F.C. had played much better football throughout.
