Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5thth minute of the game Rian Giggs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Correia in the 6th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match Bonifaco Corrillos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marco Day skillfully saved the ball. Kevin Mier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 20th minute of play. Kevin Mier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Sabaneta FC's goalkeeper Kevin Mier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. Edward Mcdonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevin Mier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cassius Byrne's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Correia in the 38th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Edward Mcdonald took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kevin Mier to make any attempt to save it. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Sabaneta FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabian Lawrence in the 45th minute. A nice corner shot did that Cássio Correia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rian Giggs made a kick off. Sabaneta FC's Kevin Mier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 54th minute of play. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Kevin Mier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rian Giggs in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Cássio Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Sabaneta FC defense, Monty Rogers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kevin Mier. The Sabaneta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kevin Mier should have stopped the shot. Sabaneta FC made a substitution. Osmundo Bolde replaced David Fuentes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 69th minute of play forced Sabaneta FC's goalkeeper Kevin Mier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rian Giggs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by USA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Osmundo Bolde was slow to take the kick. During this time Sabaneta FC's players had a chance to rest. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rian Giggs in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rian Giggs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Antonio Masciarelli sent off a good shot on target. The referee felt a red card was in order, 86 minutes into the game, when Fabian Lawrence put in a rough tackle. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. 85 minutes into the game, one of Sabaneta FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sabaneta FC:s Kevin Mier showed great skill when he stopped Jenson Smith:s penalty. After 89 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Jenson Smith. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rian Giggs in the 93rd minute of play. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Rian Giggs tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 97th minute, Sam Campbell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kevin Mier was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. When the referee ended the match the USA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
